The way the question is worded, either of these would have been acceptable as answers. If you wanted to exclude all answers other than Nissan, you could ask (for example): "Carlos Ghosn is currently under arrest for fraud and other financial offences, allegedly committed during his time as CEO of which motor manufacturer?"
Ghosn is currently on bail while awaiting trial. Strictly speaking he is not under arrest.
In case anyone was wondering, Ghosn is pronounced "goan" – rhyming with 'loan'.
